FAQS

1) How do I get started?

Start by booking a free 20-minute call. We’ll talk through what you want help with and see if working together feels like a fit. You’ll know within 20 minutes if this feels right.

2) What happens after the free call?

If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule an in-home needs assessment to walk through your space and identify priorities. Then we begin hands-on sessions where we sort through belongings and set things up in ways that make sense for how you live.

3) What is an organizing session like?

We work side by side in your home. I’ll guide you through decisions at a comfortable pace, and we’ll focus on practical changes that feel logical and accessible. The goal is a home that’s easier to keep up with—even when life gets busy.

4) Do I need to clean up before you come?

Nope. Truly. Most people reach out because they feel overwhelmed—so showing up “as-is” is expected, and there’s no judgment here.

5) Will you make me get rid of everything?

Never. You’re always in control. I’ll help you make decisions at a pace that feels comfortable, so you can keep what you love and let go of what’s no longer serving you.

6) I’m embarrassed about my space… is that normal?

Very normal. Many clients feel this way, especially when clutter has built up over time. My approach is patient, kind, and completely judgment-free—I’m here to help, not criticize.

7) Do you work with ADHD or neurodivergent households?

Yes. I’m specially trained to support ADHD and other brain-based needs, and I regularly work with households where traditional organizing advice hasn’t worked. We organize around what actually feels doable for you.

8) How long does organizing usually take?

Every home is different. Most clients book 3-hour sessions, often 1–2 times per week, and many choose a package of hours so we can make real progress without rushing. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable for you.

9) How much does it cost?

The initial phone consultation is free. The deposit to schedule the needs assessment is $150. Sessions are $120 per hour, with discounts available for 12-, 24-, and 36-hour packages.

10) What areas do you serve?

I serve Naperville and the surrounding suburbs within a 20-mile radius including Lisle, Downer’s Grove, Woodridge, Bolingbrook, and Wheaton.
